Kenneth Leong

Kenneth Leong is the current General Manager of Australia at LIFELENZ. Prior to this, they were the Project Manager for the Functional Stream of TrakCare at InterSystems from October 2017 to February 2018. Their tenure was cut short due to family health issues and the need to return to South Australia.

During their time at InterSystems, Kenneth was responsible for leading a blended team of application and technical specialists in the most extensive implementation of the TrakCare system undertaken to date. This included management of all project delivery activities, in partnership with NT Government program stakeholders, through the project lifecycle from initiation through to handover and closure. Kenneth was also responsible for developing and managing the Project Plan, which included critical scope and schedule constraints.

In addition, Kenneth applied disciplined project management practices to ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and utilised the InterSystems corporate 'ARIES' project methodology to maximise effectiveness of the TrakCare implementation and its integration with numerous ancillary systems. Kenneth successfully saw the project through Stage 1, which was critical to the mitigation of risk and ensuring the ongoing success of the Project.
