Bob Morales serves as the Chief External Affairs Officer and Senior Vice President of External Affairs at Lifelong Learning Administration Corporation, a position held since July 2019. Bob's career began as Chief of Staff for Senator Art Torres from 1976 to 1990. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs, both from the University of Southern California.
