Patricia Sanchez

Patricia Sanchez is a seasoned public health professional with extensive experience in program management and health education. Currently serving as Program Manager for Tobacco Treatment at LifeLong Medical Care since 2017, Patricia has previously held significant roles including Director of Content at CareMessage, where involvement in a pioneering Y Combinator non-profit class facilitated care management for underserved communities across 16 states. As Senior Health Education Specialist at Contra Costa Health Plan, Patricia developed culturally relevant educational materials focused on childhood obesity and diabetes. Early career experiences include serving as a Communicable Disease Investigator for San Mateo County and a Research Assistant at San Diego State University Research Foundation, where Patricia coordinated recruitment for critical health interventions.
