Shara Lyman

Shara Lyman, MHRM, SPHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at LifeMed Alaska, where responsibilities include managing HR operations for a 24/7 critical care air ambulance service. Prior experience includes the role of Human Resources Manager at Alutiiq, LLC, where strategic HR support was provided for a large international Native Alaskan government contractor, and as the Human Resources Director at Norton Sound Economic Development Corporation, focusing on community and economic development in the Bering Strait Region. Shara holds a Master of Human Resource Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Global Logistical Management from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
