Guillaume LESCAR

Guillaume Lescar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Guillaume is currently working at Lifen, where they have held multiple positions since 2019. As the Sales Director for Healthcare providers & professionals, they are responsible for driving sales in the healthcare sector. Prior to this, they served as the VP Sales in the Private Healthcare sector.

Before joining Lifen, Guillaume worked at Ramsay Santé from 2010 to 2019. During their tenure, they held the role of Directeur Projets in the Direction Marketing & Digital. In this position, they led the digital transformation of the Patient and Practitioner Relationship Management (PPRM) to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and customer knowledge. Guillaume also played a key role in the partnership between Ramsay Santé and Lifen for the deployment of Lifen's universal medical communication solution. Additionally, Guillaume was responsible for the implementation of wait time and flow display in the emergency department and the launch of Ramsay Services.

Prior to Ramsay Santé, they worked at International SOS from 2003 to 2010. Guillaume held the role of Director for Market Strategy, Planning, and CRM from 2006 to 2010. Before that, they served as the Director of the Profit Center and Director of Marketing & Sales B2B from 2003 to 2006.

Guillaume's early career included roles at L'Oréal from 1995 to 2001. Guillaume served as the Responsible Unit of Production in the Cost Center from 1999 to 2001 and as an Engineer of Production from 1995 to 1999.

Guillaume Lescar has an extensive education history. In 2018, they attended ESSEC Business School and studied E-Business et Stratégie Marketing Digital. Prior to that, in 2002, they completed an MBA program at INSEAD. In 1993, they pursued a MSc (Dipl.-Ing.) in Process Engineering at the Technical University of Munich, which they completed in 1995. Before that, from 1991 to 1994, they attended CentraleSupélec and obtained an MSc in General Engineering. In 1988, they graduated from Lycée Saint Louis - Paris with a BSc in Math & Physics. Additionally, they completed their Terminale year at Lycée François 1er in 1987.
