Richard MacKillop has over 20 years of professional experience in the corporate world. Richard began their career in 1999 as the President/CEO/Founder of Benefit Data Services, Inc., where they launched a new corporate entity, took over existing customers and business responsibilities, and provided employee benefits services specializing on Cafeteria/125 plans, Flexible Spending Accounts, and daily valued 401k administration. Richard improved operations, setup a new office, and developed new technology systems.

In 2001, Richard co-founded and became the CEO of OrderDog, Inc., an internet start-up. Richard was a hands-on leader throughout all aspects of the company operations, including strategic planning, investor communications, financial planning & forecasting, sales, marketing, customer service & support, legal defense of intellectual property, product planning, product design, IT infrastructure, outsourcing, and software design & development. Starting with a "back-of-the-napkin" idea, Richard lead this Internet start-up throughout its life cycle and grew sales from $0 to profitability.

In 2007, Richard became the Managing Partner of Devco Construction & Development, where they managed the development of a 90 acre lake-side development. This raw-land development involved re-plating, installing all utilities, surveying, and site engineering to prepare for building homes. Richard also managed realtor relations, marketing, bank relations, and sub-contractors.

Most recently, Richard has been the Chief Operations Officer of LifeSeasons since 2014.

Richard MacKillop attended The University of Texas at Dallas from 1994 to 1997 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science.
