Sandra Taber

Sandra Taber, RPh, BCOP, is a clinical pharmacist for investigational services at Lifespan. She received her BS in pharmacy in 1990 from University of Rhode Island. She is a board certified oncology pharmacist. Sandra has served as an investigational pharmacist at Lifespan since 2011. She joined Lifespan in May 1990.
