Robin Crosby has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles in human resources, integrations, project management, IS implementation, and training. Robin started their career in 2001 at Heritage Community Services as a Regional Director before moving on to Healogics, Inc. in 2008, where they held roles such as Director of Program Operations and Training and Area Vice President. In 2018, they joined LifeStance Health as Director of IS Implementation & Training, later moving on to become Vice President of Integrations and Project Management before taking on their current role as Vice President of Human Resources.

Robin Crosby attended the University of South Carolina from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Microbiology/Biology.
