Dustin Frank

Dustin Frank is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in compensation and benefits as well as general human resources functions. Currently serving as AVP Compensation & Benefits at Lifestyle Communities since April 2019, Dustin has also held roles as Senior Human Resources Business Partner and HR Business Partner within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as HR Business Partner at LAZ Parking from August 2012 to February 2019, and as HR Coordinator at Next Step Resources of Ohio, Inc. from February 2008 to September 2012, where responsibilities included full-cycle recruitment and various HR duties. Dustin holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, earned between 2002 and 2007.
