Mike Schmale

Mike Schmale has a vast experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, project management, and education. Mike has worked in various roles such as Process Excellence Manager, Manufacturing Analytics Portfolio Manager, Lean Manufacturing Project Manager, and Math Teacher. Mike is currently the Operational Excellence Manager at LifeSync, where Mike is responsible for driving lean behaviors and continuous improvement culture within the organization. Mike holds a Master's degree in Adult Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
