Michele Dixon

Michele Dixon has extensive work experience in various human resources roles. Michele began their career as a Store Manager and Regional Trainer at Gap Inc. In 1997, they joined Macy's Incorporated and held multiple positions including Regional Director of Recruitment and Talent, Regional Director of Talent and Selling Culture, and Regional Director of Organizational Development. In these roles, Michele was responsible for performance management, diversity management, employee relations, and facilitating talent development and assimilation processes. Michele also worked at Weight Watchers as a Human Resources Generalist, where they analyzed policies and procedures and developed standardized processes. Currently, Michele is working at Lifetime Brands as a Human Resources Director.

Michele Dixon earned an Associates Degree in Liberal Science from Suffolk Community College from 1984 to 1986. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and Human Resources at St. Joseph's University New York from 1992 to 1994.
