Ben Franklin began their work experience in 2005 as a Recruitment Consultant at Spring Technology, where they quickly established himself and placed their first candidate within three weeks. Ben then moved on to Rilwood Associates in 2008, where they set up and managed a desk in the executive search and selection market, working with senior sales professionals and global clients. In 2010, Franklin joined First Personnel as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, where they set up a permanent and temporary desk and grew the temporary desk to over 60 temps per day. Ben then joined Franklin James Associates in 2011, recruiting for the skilled technical/engineering sectors in the West Midlands. In 2012, Franklin transitioned to Avanta, starting as an Employment Consultant and progressing to Operations Manager, overseeing a team of 34 staff. Finally, in 2015, Franklin joined Lifetime Training as a National Account Manager and worked their way up to their current role as Head of Partnership Engagement. Ben has consistently exceeded targets and successfully generated commercial revenue streams with clients.

From 2002 to 2005, Ben Franklin attended Heart Of Worcestershire College. During this time, they pursued a degree in Business and IT, focusing on the field of Business/Commerce, General.
