Scott Pryjmak, SPHR has a strong background in human resources and organizational development. Scott has worked for various companies in different roles. From 2011 to present, Pryjmak has been the Director, OD and Talent Experience at LifeWay Christian Resources, where they have led strategic change initiatives, conducted human capital analysis, and provided actionable insights to business leadership. Prior to that, they served as the Organizational Development Strategist and Business Partner, HR Business Partner & Project Manager, and Manager, Learning & Development at the same company. Before joining LifeWay Christian Resources, Pryjmak worked as the Human Resources Specialist at ARAMARK, where they successfully implemented an enterprise-wide system for learning, onboarding, performance management, and more. Scott also has experience as a Project Associate at the Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness and as a Leadership and Organizational Development Intern at Healthways. Pryjmak started their career as the Interim Director of Youth Ministry at Covenant Presbyterian Church. Scott Pryjmak, SPHR has a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). Scott also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Business from Samford University. In addition, they have obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM and the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, both in 2015.
