Henry Morley, PMP has worked in various roles in the past 27 years. Henry began their career in 1993 as a Sourcing Strategist and Director of Operations for Integrated Strategies Incorporated, where they facilitated client cross functional teams in developing and deploying lowest total cost sourcing strategies resulting in double digit cost reductions, customer service level enhancements, and knowledge transfer to client staff. In 1997, they joined Whittman-Hart / marchFIRST as Senior Manager of their Business Process Improvement practice, where they developed standardized methodology and tools to significantly increase client project success rate. Henry then founded DPT in 2001, where they worked as a Customer Experience Strategist and Project Manager. In 2011, they became Director of the EllaBullis Foundation, striving to ease the physical, emotional and financial burden placed on families of babies in the DeVos Children’s Hospital Intensive Care Unit. Most recently, they joined Lifeworks Advisors in 2019 as Director of Strategic Partnerships, bringing 30 years of strategic business consulting and small business ownership experience. In 2020, they became a Board Member for Michigan 2-1-1, a free service that connects Michigan residents with help and answers from thousands of health and human services agencies and resources.

Henry Morley, PMP, obtained their MBA in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University between 1989 and 1991. Henry received their BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University between 1979 and 1984. Prior to that, they attended Brighton High School in Brighton, MI from 1976 to 1979.
