Richard Williams

Richard Williams has extensive experience in facilities management and construction, currently serving as the Director of Facilities & Maintenance at LifeWorks Austin since September 2015. Prior to this role, Richard owned and operated RCW Construction from January 2009 to September 2015, overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance and commercial estimating. Richard also worked as a Construction Inspector on the Jollyville Transmission Main Project with MWM DesignGroup from June 2013 to April 2014, ensuring compliance with engineering standards. In addition, Richard was the Texas AJOC Project Manager at Greenway Enterprises, Inc. from July 2007 to January 2009, managing job order construction, project scheduling, and overall accountability for governmental projects.
