Kendra Harding

Service Director, Substance Use Disorders at LifeWorks NW

Kendra Harding is an experienced professional in the fields of education and mental health, currently serving as an Instructor at Portland Community College since March 2021 and as a Service Director at LifeWorks NW since May 2022. Previously, Kendra held the position of Senior U.S. Probation Officer - Treatment Specialist with the U.S. Courts Probation from December 2017 to May 2022, and served as Program Director at LifeWorks NW from July 2015 to December 2017. Additional roles include Program Coordinator for New Options for Women & Multnomah County Domestic Violence Program and Jail Diversion Counselor III at Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare. Kendra has also worked as a Trainer at the Cook County Sheriff’s Training Institute and as a Mental Health Clinician with Salina & Associates at the Cook County Sheriff's Women's Justice Program. Kendra began a professional journey in mental health as an intern at the Chicago Alliance Against Sexual Exploitation. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Iowa.
