Kelsey Kostohryz has extensive experience in program and operations management within the social services sector. Kelsey has held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Program - South Region at Lifeworks Services, Inc., where they were responsible for developing program strategy and overseeing all programs in the South Region. Prior to that, they served as a Regional Director, contributing to the development of strategy and overseeing employment, day support, fiscal, and in-home services functions. Kelsey Kostohryz obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Healthcare Management from American InterContinental University in 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from the same institution in the years 2014 to 2016. In 2009 to 2011, Kelsey attended Century College, studying Business Administration and Management. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Adult Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in April 2022, Certified Mandt Instructor from Mandt in February 2015, Certified Nursing Assistant from the State of Minnesota in July 2004, First Aid from the American Red Cross in July 2004, and Heart Savers CPR from the American Red Cross in July 2004.
