Amanda Compton

Amanda (Bullmore) Compton has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Amanda recently worked as the Head of People at LIFT Airline, a position they started in 2023. Prior to that, Amanda worked as an Integrative Life Coach at Integrative Coaching, where they focused on empowering people to reach their full potential. Amanda started working in this role in 2017.

Before their role as a life coach, Amanda held multiple positions at JUMO.WORLD. Amanda served as the Head of People Operations from 2020 to 2023, Head of Talent & Employee Experience in 2019, and as the People Business Partner & Head of Talent Acquisition from 2017 to 2019. In these roles, Amanda facilitated team effectiveness workshops, managed talent acquisition, and implemented people processes.

Amanda's earlier work experience includes roles at Clicks Group, where they worked as a Resourcing Manager and Group Resourcing Manager, and at Sanlam Investment Management as an HR Consultant. Amanda also worked at Barclays Capital as an HR Resourcing Partner, at Resource Solutions as an Outsourced Recruitment Consultant, at Robert Walters as a Candidate Manager, and at Taylor Wessing as an HR and Graduate Recruitment Coordinator.

Amanda (Bullmore) Compton completed their education at Stellenbosch University. In 1992, they graduated from Edgemead High School with a Matric Exemption. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Economic Sciences in Industrial Psychology and Business Management from Stellenbosch University from 1997 to 1999. In 2015, they completed a Management Development Programme at Stellenbosch University.
