Alessandra Viola

Alessandra Viola has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alessandra began their career in 2004 as an Office Manager and Customer Service Representative for Aforisma, an event organization company in the medical sector. From 2007 to 2014, they worked as a Front Desk Manager for Sport Fashion Club, a sport leisure facility. Afterwards, they joined York Management Property as a Front Desk Executive, providing customer service and receptionist duties for tenant companies. In 2019, they became a Finance and Admin Assistant for Portclean Services Solutions Ltd, where they managed office administration, inventory reconciliation, and billing for a contract cleaning company. Currently, Alessandra is a Junior Analyst at Lift Brands, where they handle various accounting tasks, such as accounts payable, account receivable, and inventory reconciliation. Alessandra has successfully improved efficiency in both the accounts department and accounts receivable processes. Alessandra has a strong track record of building relationships with vendors and ensuring smooth operations.

Alessandra Viola has a diverse education history that spans several years. In 1986, they obtained their High School Diploma in Accounting from Istituto Parificato Cassini in Rome. Following that, in 1994, they completed an IT Course at Istituti G. Meschini, also in Rome, focusing on Information Technology.

In 2019, Alessandra pursued further education in accounting by earning an AAT Foundation Certificate in Accounting Level 2 and 3 from Osborne Training. During the same year, they enrolled in Pitman Training Group to enhance their Effective Business Communication skills.

Moving onto more artistic subjects, Alessandra began studying Art History at Centre of Excellence in 2021. Concurrently, they enrolled in the Art Management program at University Art London, also in 2021, indicating their interest in the management side of the art industry.

Additionally, Alessandra participated in an online course called "Telephone Skills" provided by Gel Together in 2021.
