Ashley Lutchmunsing

Ashley Lutchmunsing has an extensive work experience primarily in the fitness industry. Ashley worked as Head of Club Performance UK & Ireland and Franchise Business Manager at Lift Brands, responsible for the performance of 96 health clubs in England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales. Ashley was instrumental in launching 9 new clubs, achieving record-breaking sales, and managing a large membership group generating multi-million pound revenues per annum. Before this, Ashley worked at Fitness Space as a General Manager, where they managed a state-of-the-art fitness club, optimized staff performance, and increased the membership base by 46% through effective strategies. Ashley also worked as a Fitness Manager at Nuffield Health, leading and developing a team of personal trainers, swimming, and group exercise managers to meet all targets for 26 months consecutively. Ashley has experience in sales and fitness management before this, having worked for Topnotch Health Club, David Lloyd Leisure, Beaumont's Health Club, and Physique Health and Fitness Studio.

Ashley Lutchmunsing completed a Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership (Level 7) at ILM in 2023. Prior to this, they earned a BTEC National Diploma in Sports Performance from Aylesbury College and a Diploma in Personal Training, Nutrition and Sports Massage Therapy from Premier Training International, although the start and end years for these degree programs are unknown.
