Matt Elsasser

Matt Elsasser has had an extensive career in the water sports industry, starting from their days working on the sales floor at Big Winds during high school. Matt then progressed to roles at Cabrinha Kiteboarding and Lift Foils, where Matt excelled in sales and athlete management. Matt is currently the Divisional VP at Lift Foils, overseeing the Surf Foil Division and ensuring growth and success in sales through effective leadership and strategic planning. Additionally, Matt has been recognized as a Thule Crew Athlete, showcasing their dedication to the outdoors and sports. With a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, Matt brings a strong educational background to their professional achievements in the industry.
