Bojana Kuzmanova

Bojana Kuzmanova has several years of experience in both project management and marketing. Bojana began their career as a Marketing Coordinator at ProCredit Bank in 2012 and later became an Account Manager at New Moment New Ideas Company in 2018. In 2020, they worked as a Marketing Operations Coordinator at Skopje East Gate SEG. Bojana then worked as a Project Manager at Niometrics in 2017 and at Asseco South Eastern Europe (ASEE) from 2021 to 2023. Bojana also worked as a Research Consultant at Universidad de Girona from 2015 to 2017. In 2023, they worked as a Scrum Master at K Resourcing and Lift Relations.

Bojana Kuzmanova has a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Ss. Cyril and Methodius, Faculty of Philology Blazhe Koneski in Skopje. In 2014, they obtained a Master's Degree in Tourism Management (EMTM) from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark. Bojana also has a Master's Degree in Tourism Management (EMTM) from Universitat de Girona in 2015, which was part of the Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters program. In addition, they attended the ITHAS International Tourism & Hospitality Academy at Sea program in sustainable development at University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu. In 2016, Bojana received a Master's Degree/Thesis Research in Stakeholder Engagement for Sustainable Management and Development from Sun Yat-sen University.

Bojana has also earned several certifications including becoming a SAFe 5 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2023, being a UX Designer from Scratch from The Interaction Design Foundation in 2021, and completing the Google Analytics for Beginners program from Google in 2019.
