Jakub Gruber

Jakub Gruber has been a Software Engineer at Liftago since 2021. Prior to that, they were a Java Developer at CN Group CZ from 2016 to 2021. In this role, they were responsible for microservice migration strategy, backend development in Java & Spring, development of Android libraries in Kotlin, and development and deployment of microservices for AWS infrastructure, in Java or Node.js.

Jakub Gruber attended the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained a Bakalář (Bc.) in Softwarové inženýrství a technologie. Jakub then returned to the same university from 2018 to 2021, where they earned an Inženýr (Ing.) in Otevřená informatika. In 2019, they also studied Computer Science at National Taipei University of Technology. Additionally, they obtained an Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer certification from Oracle in August 2018.
