Enitan Ladipo has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. They most recently worked at Liftoff Mobile as a Senior Talent Partner starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Talent Partner at MURAL, where they worked from 2021 to 2022. In 2020, Enitan worked at Life360 as a Senior Technical Recruiter before moving to Datameer as a Recruiting Lead in 2019. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Senior Recruiter - Talent Acquisition at Vungle. Earlier in their career, Enitan worked at TEEMA Solutions Group Inc as a Senior Talent Management Consultant in 2016, SolarCity as a Senior Recruiter in 2015, SGK as a Senior Global Recruiter from 2012 to 2015, and The Buzz Company as a Senior Creative Recruiter from 2010 to 2011.

Enitan Ladipo holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in General Business with a focus on Advertising/Marketing from DePaul University. Additionally, Enitan has obtained certifications in LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment from LinkedIn in December 2022.
