Maya Menumerova

Maya Menumerova has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Maya is currently working at Liftoff Mobile as a Program Specialist in Recruiting Operations since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Exponent as a Human Resources Coordinator from 2019 to 2022. Maya also has experience as an HR Admin at Tailored Brands, Inc. from November 2018 to 2019. In addition, they served as an Operations Assistant at Temple University from January 2016 to January 2017, and as an HR Intern at Fernley & Fernley from August 2016 to December 2016. Maya also worked as a Translator at Familo Reisen from 2013 to 2014. Before transitioning into HR roles, they worked as an Instructor of German as a Foreign Language at the Crimean State Industrial Pedagogical Institute from August 2010 to June 2013 and as an Instructor of German for Business at the Crimean Institute of Business from August 2009 to June 2011.

Maya Menumerova completed their Bachelor's Degree in German Language and Literature from Taurida 'V. I. Vernadskiy' National University, Simferopol, from 2003 to 2008. Maya then pursued a Master's Degree in German Studies from the same university from 2008 to 2009. Later, Maya obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, which they attended from 2015 to 2017. In addition to their academic achievements, Maya also obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Fox School of Business in May 2017.
