Yulei Zhang

Yulei Zhang is a Research Scientist at OmniAb, Inc. since November 2022 and has been serving as a Research Scientist at Ligand Pharmaceuticals since October 2021. Responsibilities include analyzing Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) raw data using immcantation pipelines, troubleshooting sample preparation, assessing sample diversity, and calculating developability properties for partner projects. Yulei Zhang demonstrates proficiency in adopting new tools to analyze antibody repertoires and collaborates actively with internal experimental teams. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and a Master of Science (MS) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan, a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Rutgers University, and another Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology.
