Pratik Soyantar

Pratik Soyantar is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Light since November 2023. Pratik has extensive experience in various HR roles, including Head of Human Resources at SMEcorner from April 2021 to June 2023, and National Head of Talent Acquisition at Kotak Mahindra Bank from January 2020 to April 2021. Prior positions include Senior HCM Business Partner at YES BANK, where Pratik managed HR functions for critical business areas, and Human Resources Manager at HDFC Bank, focusing on branch banking liabilities across multiple geographies. Pratik began a career in HR in the consumer durables and IT industries in various capacities, and holds an MBA in HR & Marketing from Sikkim Manipal University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Gujarat University.
