Rob Nail

Rob Nail has a long and varied career in the business and technology sectors. Rob began their career in 2008 as an Angel Investor and Co-Founder and Director of Alite Designs. In 2009, they became a Surfer for The Big Blue and in 2010 they joined Singularity University as an Associate Founder and Faculty, CEO & Associate Founder, and Associate Founder and Biz Dev. In 2015, they joined HARMAN International as a Director and in 2017 they became a Strategy and Leadership Coach for 100 Coaches. In 2019, they became the Managing Director of HammerfX and in 2021 they joined the CompTIA Future of Learning Think Tank as a Facilitator & Member and Unreasonable as a Mentor.

Rob Nail obtained their B.S. in Mechanical & Materials Sciences from the University of California, Davis between 1991 and 1996. Rob then went on to Stanford University to obtain their M.S.Eng in Manufacturing Systems between 1997 and 1999. In 2010, they attended Singularity University's Executive Program. In 2021, they obtained a Soul Machines Certified Gold Conversationalist certification from Soul Machines and a Stakeholder Centered Coaching Certificate from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching.
