Krisztian Imre

Krisztian Imre has a diverse work experience in the lighting industry. Krisztian started their career at LightTech Lamp Technology Ltd. in 2001, where they worked as a Development Engineer. Krisztian later moved up the ranks and took on the role of Accredited Optical Laboratory Manager, where they successfully established and led the laboratory to achieve accreditation. In 2006, they became the Development and Quality Manager, overseeing the development of T5 and T12 linear medium pressure discharge UV lamps and managing a team of engineers and technicians. In 2011, Krisztian joined Havells Sylvania as a Strategic Business Unit Manager. In this role, they played a key role in driving business growth and managing the unit's operations. In 2015, they returned to LightTech Lamp Technology Ltd. as the Sales Director, responsible for driving sales and business development. Most recently, in March 2022, Krisztian joined Light Sources Inc. as the Chief Operations Officer, overseeing the company's operations. Throughout their career, Krisztian has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in various areas of the lighting industry.

Krisztian Imre completed their education chronologically, starting with their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Obuda, which they attained between 1996 and 1999. Following this, they pursued a Technical Teacher degree from the same university, specializing in the Centre of Teacher Training and Engineering Education, which they completed from 1997 to 2000. Krisztian furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business/Managerial Economics from Newport International University, where they studied from 2001 to 2003.
