Jennifer Fallscheer

Jennifer Fallscheer has worked in various positions throughout their career. In 2012, they began their work as a Group Reservations Coordinator at The Inn at St. John's, where they managed corporate and social event room blocks and coordinated details for groups of 50 people or less. Jennifer worked closely with the Director of Sales and Hotel General Manager in this role until 2015.

From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an HR Associate/Recruiter at WellsBrooke Home Health Care. In this position, they managed job postings on career sites and updated the applicant tracking system on a daily basis.

Starting in 2016, Jennifer joined Smile America Partners where they served as the Lead Dentist Recruiter until 2022.

Their most recent work experience is with Lightwave Dental, where they began as a Doctor Recruiter in 2022 and later transitioned into the role of Doctor Recruiting Manager in February 2023.

Jennifer Fallscheer attended Tiffin University from 2008 to 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in the field of Hospitality and Tourism.
