Steven Flack

Steven Flack has an extensive background in finance and executive leadership roles. Steven currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Lightwave Dental, where they are responsible for providing non-clinical dental practice management services and fostering a culture of collaboration and patient relationships. Prior to joining Lightwave Dental in 2022, Steven served as the Chief Financial Officer at Invo HealthCare - Progressus Therapy from 2020 to 2022. Steven also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Nova Medical Centers from 2013 to 2020.

In addition to their CFO roles, Steven has also worked as an independent consultant, serving as an expert consultant and interim executive for health insurance organizations. Steven has provided financial consulting and advisory services in the private equity market, including working on a management carve-out transaction. Steven's earlier career highlights include serving as the CFO at Equiclaim, a subsidiary of Viant Holdings, and as the Executive Vice President & CFO at Viant, where they led a tax-free spin-off and secured significant financing.

Steven Flack attended Northern Illinois University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting & Finance. Steven then pursued further education at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, where they obtained an MBA. In addition to their degrees, Steven Flack also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant, which they obtained from the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois in May 1985.
