Sebastian Alfers

Sebastian Alfers has worked in the tech industry since 2009. Sebastian began their career as a Software Engineer at Zalando SE in 2009, then worked as a Magento Developer at Rebate Networks from 2011-2014. In 2014, they worked as a Developer at Discavo, then as a Core Backend Developer and Master Thesis at plista GmbH from 2015-2017. From 2017-2018, they were a Senior Data Engineer at FlixBus, and from 2018-2020, they were a Software Engineer at SoundCloud. Currently, they are employed as a Software Engineer, Developer Support at Lightbend, Inc.
