Jenna Curtis

Jenna Curtis has a diverse range of work experience in various roles related to operations, logistics, and supply chain management. Jenna started their career in 2009 as a Logistics Coordinator at Burberry, where they oversaw logistics processes and assisted with store openings. Jenna then worked as a General Services Coordinator at ZARA Australia in 2011. Following that, they joined Tiffany & Co. as a Merchandise Coordinator from 2011 to 2013.

In 2013, Jenna became a Senior Supply Chain Analyst at Louis Vuitton, where they analyzed stock and provided recommendations on inventory management. Jenna then moved to Christian Dior Couture in 2015 as a Logistics Manager, where they led strategic planning, process improvements, and inventory control.

Most recently, Jenna has been working at Lightbox Jewelry since 2017 as an Operations & Logistics Manager. In their current role, they were recruited to establish global logistics processes and an inventory management system for the lab-grown diamond jewelry start-up. Jenna oversees the end-to-end supply chain and manages various aspects, such as jewelry manufacturers, 3PL and logistics service providers, e-commerce and wholesale distribution, packaging development, and inventory management system development.

Jenna Curtis pursued their education at the University of Technology Sydney. Jenna first completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from 2007 to 2009. Later, they furthered their studies and obtained a Master of Business degree with a specialization in Operations and Supply Chain Management from 2011 to 2013.
