Sahil Shah

Sahil Shah is an experienced information security professional currently serving as a Co-Chair for the People Of Color DEI Affinity Group and a Senior Information Security Specialist at LightBox since February 2022. Prior to this role, Sahil held positions at Gurucul as a Senior Information Security Engineer from August 2015 to February 2022 and had an internship as a Web Developer at Techmax in 2014. Additionally, Sahil worked as a Software Engineer at Techmax from June 2012 to July 2013, contributing to the design and maintenance of a Content Management System. Sahil also founded EngineersParadise.org, an online resource for engineering projects, from January 2011 to May 2013. Academic credentials include a Premium Certification in Managing Risk in the Information Age from Harvard University, a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
