Kimberly McGuire

Kimberly McGuire, CFE has extensive experience in the childcare industry. From 2009 to 2015, they served as the Director and Certified Trainer at Children of America, where they successfully managed a profitable childcare business with 130 students. Kimberly also trained directors for other locations and maintained low employee turnover rates.

In 2015, McGuire joined The Learning Experience as a Regional Manager. In this role, they oversaw the operations of seven educational early childcare schools. Kimberly'sresponsibilities included financial planning, training center management, and ensuring quality customer service.

Since 2017, McGuire has been working at Lightbridge Academy. Kimberly began as a Director and later transitioned to the role of Franchise Business Consultant. Kimberly was then promoted to Senior Franchise Business Consultant before assuming their current position as Director of Franchise Operations.

Kimberly McGuire, CFE, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2007 to 2009. In addition to their educational background, they have also earned the Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) certification from CFE, which they achieved in September 2022.
