Dori Rigby

Dori Rigby serves as the Executive Director of Riverside at Blue Zones Health since September 2024, previously holding the position of Director of Center Operations. Concurrently, Dori is the Director of Franchise Operations for Massage Envy, managing employee relations and operations for a local franchise since December 2023. Prior experience includes serving as District Operations Manager at One Medical from March 2021 to December 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing regional growth and enhancing patient experiences. Dori's extensive background with Massage Envy spans from a Franchise Business Consultant to a Front Desk Associate, demonstrating a strong performance in sales and customer service. Previous roles include clerk at Stater Bros. Markets and brand ambassador/web photographer at Nectar Clothing. Dori holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University, along with various educational credentials in human resources and literature.
