Caitlin Goetze has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Caitlin currently holds the position of Head of Partnerships & Community at Lighter Capital, a leading provider of revenue-based financing loans for tech startups. In this role, they revolutionize startup finance and helps founders maintain control of their companies. Prior to this, Caitlin worked as a Sales Executive - Employee Benefits at AssuredPartners. Caitlin also served as a Licensed Insurance Agent at USHEALTH Advisors, where they provided innovative insurance solutions for self-employed individuals, families, and small business owners. Caitlin's experience also includes being the Director of Partnerships at Coplex, where they worked with over 300 companies seeking to disrupt their industries. Additionally, they served as the Director of Referral Partnerships and Head of Community at Lighter Capital, where they built partnerships and developed the founder community. Caitlin's early career includes roles as the Cohort Director and Program Manager at 9Mile Labs, Founder of Blue Eyed Design, Interim Assistant Director at Northwest Entrepreneur Network, and Assistant Director at Northwest Entrepreneur Network. Caitlin began their career as an Account Manager at Wexley School for Girls, where they learned how to make dreams come true.
