Micah Risk

Micah Risk is the Co-Founder and President of Lighter, a company that provides personalized nutrition coaching. As the Chief Product Officer, their mission is to challenge the Standard American Diet and promote real food through technology. Micah also serves as the CNO (Chief Nourishment Officer) at The Gerald J. and Dorothy R. Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University. With a background in nutrition and research, Micah has a strong foundation in promoting health and wellbeing through innovative programs and technology.
