Daniel Coto

Daniel Coto has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Daniel currently serves as the Director of Digital Manufacturing Operations and Costa Rica General Manager at LightForce. Prior to that, they worked as a Service Delivery Lead at Accenture, where they were responsible for client project goals and issue resolution.

Before Accenture, Daniel held the position of Operations Senior Director and Costa Rica General Manager at CWT, where they managed a team of 500 employees and improved operational performance. Prior to that, they worked as a Professional Services Senior Manager and Costa Rica General Manager at Akamai Technologies, leading a team of over 120 professionals across multiple geographies.

In the early stages of their career, Daniel worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a GSC Senior Manager, where they started as a service support engineer and progressed to leading various teams within the organization. Daniel also gained experience as a Technical Support Engineer at Sykes, specializing in voice over IP technology.

Overall, Daniel has a strong background in operations management, team leadership, and client project management.

Daniel Coto attended Universidad Interamericana de Costa Rica from 2002 to 2007, where they studied Computer Engineering. In 2008, they briefly attended the INCAE Business School for the Programa de Alta Gerencia. Daniel then continued their education at Universidad San Marcos from 2007 to 2021, majoring in Business Administration.
