Dave W.

Dave W. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Dave is currently serving as the Financial Planning and Analysis Director at LightForce, a digital platform for orthodontists. Prior to this, they worked at Pall Corporation as the Director of Finance and held various roles such as Global Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis - Industrial Line of Business, Global Business Unit Manager of FP&A, and Senior Financial Analyst.

Before joining Pall Corporation, Dave had a stint at Raytheon as the Principal Financial Analyst and Senior Pricing Analyst. Here, they developed valuation models for engineering projects and successfully negotiated with customers while ensuring profitability targets were met.

Earlier in their career, Dave was part of the SCEP Leadership Development Program at Defense Logistics Agency. Dave played a crucial role in the expansion of operations at MacDill AFB and managed program finance and capital management activities. During this time, they gained experience in budget forecasting, cost analysis, project tracking, and SOP implementation.

Dave also had a brief internship at Wells Fargo Securities, where they gained foundational experience in finance.

Dave W. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Tampa in 2005. Dave later pursued a Master of Science degree in Finance from the University of Tampa - John H. Sykes College of Business from 2010 to 2011.
