RJ Piegzik's work experience includes being the Head of Commercial Excellence at LightForce starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were the Vice President at SnapCare from 2022 to 2023, where they led the analytics strategy and worked with the executive leadership team to develop a data-driven model. From 2018 to 2022, RJ was the Senior Director of Operation & Analytics at Align Technology. Before that, they held the position of Director Commercial Analytics at Merz Pharmaceuticals from 2014 to 2018. RJ also worked at Medicis as the Manager Financial Operations & Management from 2010 to 2014, at Wolters Kluwer Pharma Solutions as a Reporting Manager from 2007 to 2010, at Healthy Pet in operations in 2006, and at Hewitt Associates in technology from 2000 to 2007.
