Anna Hornberger

Anna Hornberger has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Anna has worked as a Team Lead User Research & Product Analytics at Lighthouse, where they managed and grew the User Research and Product Analytics team. Prior to that, Anna was a UX Research Manager and later a UX Research Lead at sennder, where they established and led the User Research practice. Anna also worked as a Senior User Researcher & Strategic UX designer at VodafoneZiggo, where they created and established the UX research function. Anna has experience organizing and moderating design talks at This Happened NL and worked as a UX and Service Designer at wearereasonablepeople. Anna also has experience in organizing workshops and facilitating co-creation sessions. Additionally, Anna has worked as a freelance designer, specializing in industrial design, graphic design, and creative facilitation.

Anna Hornberger has a Master of Science degree in Design for Interaction from Delft University of Technology, which they completed from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial and Product Design from Hochschule für Gestaltung Schwäbisch Gmünd between 2007 and 2011. Anna also had an exchange program at Politecnico di Milano in 2010, where they studied Industrial Design and Service Design. Anna completed their secondary education at Ev. Moerike Gymnasium, earning an Abitur qualification from 1997 to 2006. Additionally, in 2003 and 2004, they studied AS Level subjects at Beaufort Community School in the UK.
