Elise Fiers

Elise Fiers is the Talent Enablement Director at Lighthouse, where Elise leads a team in developing and implementing organization-wide programs to support managers and employees. Prior to their current role, Elise worked as a Human Resources Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lighthouse. Elise also has experience as a Consultant at PwC Belgium, an Intern at DEME Group, and in recruitment and selection services at Volvo Car Group. Elise holds a Master's degree in General Management from Vlerick Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Organisational and Work Psychology from Ghent University.
