Jessica B. has extensive experience in user research and trend analysis, with a focus on product research and consumer behavior. Jessica currently works as a Principal User Researcher at Lighthouse since December 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Shopify as a Senior Product Researcher from December 2020 to July 2023. Jessica also held the position of Senior User Researcher at N26 from March 2018 to November 2020. Before their corporate roles, Jessica worked as a freelance Trend/Consumer Researcher and Freelance Trend Researcher for various companies. Jessica B. earned a B.Sc. in Law and Psychology from London South Bank University in 2002. Jessica then pursued an MA in Arts Management at the University of Greenwich from 2002 to 2004. Later, in 2008, they completed their Ph.D. in Design at Brunel University London.
