Scott Balderas has had a diverse range of roles in the IT field. Scott began their career at LTC Global / ACSIA in 2008 as an IT Support Manager, where they stayed until 2011. In 2012, Balderas became an IT Manager at ComNet Marketing Group, leaving in 2013 to join Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions as an IT Engineer, where they currently work.

Scott Balderas attended Dixon High School from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a high school degree in General Education. In 2006, they obtained several certifications from CED Solutions, including Planning, Implementing, and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Active Directory Infrastructure, Designing Security for a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Network, Planning and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Network Infrastructure, Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows XP Professional, and Managing and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Environment.
