Nikki MacCallum

Nikki MacCallum has an extensive work experience starting from 2006. Nikki began their career at Yorkson Legal as a Legal Recruiter from May 2006 to May 2008. From there, they joined The Cowen Group as the Director of Staffing from June 2008 to January 2011. Nikki then moved to PreciseReview Inc. as the Managing Director from January 2011 to January 2012. Following that, Nikki joined Cyber Search Global as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations from January 2012 to October 2018. Currently, they are working at Lighthouse, where they have held multiple roles. Firstly, they served as the Strategic Talent Manager from October 2018 to April 2021, then promoted to Senior Manager Talent Acquisition from April 2021 to August 2022. Currently, Nikki is working as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Lighthouse, starting in August 2022.

Nikki MacCallum earned a Bachelor's degree in Vocal Performance with cum laude honors from New York University from 2002-2006. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Hamilton-Wenham Regional High School from 1997-2002.
