Schuyler Bento

Schuyler Bento is an experienced lighting designer and professional in the field of theatrical production, currently serving as an Assistant Lighting Designer at The Lighting Design Group since June 2022. Recent roles include working as a Lighting Grip for NBC Sports during the Big10 college football season in late 2023 and as a Production Associate for the Arts Council of Winston-Salem & Forsyth County. Previous experience encompasses positions such as Assistant Store Manager at Zumiez, Lighting Designer for various performances at UNCSA, an Electrician for Aruba Productions, and an Apprentice Carpenter at Spoleto Festival USA. Schuyler holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Lighting Design from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, completed in 2022.
