The executive team at Lightning AI has a history of experience in various software engineering and machine learning positions. The team members have worked at companies such as Microsoft, Glossier, and OROBIX Srl, and have also been involved with research institutes such as the Mario Negri Institute and Robarts Research Institute. In terms of education, the team members hold degrees in computer software engineering and biomedical engineering from universities such as the Politecnico di Milano and California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
