John Crighton

John has been running cutting-edge technology teams for over 25 years. At Lightning Step, he directs innovation, strategy, and growth for the company’s solutions and ensures platform excellence. John is passionate about creating technological efficiencies in order for facilities to spend more time with their patients.

John managed a custom development team at Openlink Financial and was responsible for product quality at SolArc Software. John has also worked for JMI Software, NEON Systems, and NetIQ following the acquisition of Mission Critical Software.

John graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
