Donald Retreage is the current Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Senior Vice President (SVP) at LightPath Technologies. Donald has held this position since January of 2018.

Prior to joining LightPath Technologies, Donald Retreage served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a variety of companies. Donald has a wealth of experience in driving finance and accounting strategies for domestic and international operations. Donald has also been responsible for transforming strategic direction to reinvigorate stalled growth and improve global marketplace positioning across diverse verticals.

Donald has helped to galvanize innovation by establishing term limits for the board of directors, ensuring growth focus and fresh ideas. Donald has also delivered a financial turnaround, saving millions annually, by repositioning cash flow, relocating operations from New York to Orlando, implementing an ERP system, and reorganizing the finance department. In addition, they have lowered interest payments and negotiated additional 8-figure secured credit to fund future M&A transactions and strategic initiatives by cultivating new banking relationships. Finally, they have increased employee satisfaction survey scores by 17.6% by driving employee engagement initiatives.
